Brooke Monk (born January 31, 2003[1]) is an American content creator and social media influencer known for her short-form videos on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram and her outspoken Christian faith.[1][2] She gained prominence online for her comedy skits, beauty and lifestyle content, and dance performances.[3][4][5]

Early life and education

Brooke Monk was born in Jacksonville, Florida, United States, into a Christian family.[1] She is one of five siblings and was homeschooled throughout her education.[6] Her parents did not give her a phone until she turned sixteen, and her family on the whole was not "super engaged with social media".[6] Brooke also has 5 sisters

Career

Monk posted her first TikTok video in September 2019, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.[5][6] Within a short period, her lip-sync and dance videos had attracted substantial interest and she had gained millions of followers.[3][7] She also published content to Instagram and YouTube.[4] By mid-2021, CNBC reported that she had gained more than 16 million followers and 1.2 billion likes on her videos.[5]

In 2022, with more than 27 million followers across platforms, she signed with William Morris Endeavor (WME), a major talent agency, to further expand her career in digital and traditional media.[2] In 2023, she launched her own bikini and swimsuit collection with Blackbough Swim, posing for a photoshoot with the brand in May.[8]

In the same year, Forbes ranked her #37 on its Forbes Top Creators list, listing her annual earnings at USD $2 million and noting her brand partnerships with Hyundai, Celsius, and MVMT Watches.[9] She also appeared at #47 and #43 respectively on the 2024 and 2025 editions of the list.[10][11]

In November 2025, Monk was nominated for Creator of the Year in the inaugural TikTok US Awards.[6][12][13] That month, she also partnered with Columbian singer Shakira for a dance routine and an accompanying behind the scenes video to promote Shakira's new film appearance in Zootopia 2.[14]

Monk is in a relationship with fellow creator Sam Dezz.[6]
