Bryony Michaela Pitman (born 13 March 1997)[1] is a British archer competing in women's recurve events. She won the gold medal in the women's recurve team event at the 2019 European Games held in Minsk, Belarus.[2] Earlier in 2019, she won the bronze medal in the women's team recurve event at the World Archery Championships held in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands.[1][2][3]

Pitman grew up in Shoreham-by-Sea. Her father Gary also arched in his youth.[4] At age 11, she joined Worthing Archery Club.[5]

Pitman attended Cardinal Newman Catholic School in Hove.[6] She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Northumbria University in 2020 and a Master of Arts (MA) in Intelligence and Security Studies from Brunel University London in 2022.[7]
