Bălilești is a commune in Argeș County, Muntenia, Romania. It is composed of seven villages: Băjești, Bălilești, Golești, Poienița, Priboaia, Ulita, and Valea Mare-Bratia.

The commune is located in the central part of Argeș County, 30 km (19 mi) from Câmpulung and 35 km (22 mi) from the county seat, Pitești. It lies at an altitude of 455 m (1,493 ft), on the banks of the river Bratia.
