Charles Gene Samberson (July 11, 1934 – September 20, 2025) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives.

Samberson was born in Hobbs, New Mexico, on July 11, 1934.[2] He attended the University of New Mexico.[2]
He was a Lovington attorney.[3]
Samberson served in the New Mexico House of Representatives[4] from 1970 to 1988.
Samberson died on September 20, 2025, at the age of 91.[5]
