In 2021, Caldwell expanded by opening offices in Santa Monica, California. The firm later merged with Los Angeles-based boutique Palisades Patent Law.[4]
In early 2024, Caldwell appointed Marcus Wolter as Partner and Global Director of its Corporate Practice.[5]
