Captain Omer Neutra Memorial Park (historically known as Phipps–Marilyn Park and Plainview P-1 Park) is a public park and memorial located within Plainview in the Town of Oyster Bay, in Nassau County, New York, United States.

Captain Omer Neutra Memorial Park consists of a playground, ball field, and basketball court. Owned and operated by the Town of Oyster Bay, it is located between Phipps Land and Marilyn Boulevard, within a residential neighborhood in Plainview, and has an area of 2.1 acres (0.85 ha).[1][2]

The park is named and dedicated in honor of Plainview resident Omer Neutra.[1][3][4][5] Neutra was a Jewish Israeli American and Israel Defense Forces tank captain who was killed in battle with Hamas in the October 7 attacks. His body was held hostage in Gaza for two years.[6][7][8]

The park is also the seasonal site of a local community Hanukkah menorah that is lit during the Hanukkah season; a public menorah lighting celebration occurs at the park during the holiday.[9]
