Carlos Muñoz Horz (25 April 1912 – 26 December 1965) was a Chilean lawyer and Radical Party politician. He served as deputy for the Sixth Departamental Grouping "Valparaíso and Quillota" in four consecutive terms between 1953 and 1965.[1]
