Career

He competed in the 2016 Summer Paralympics and won a gold, a silver and a bronze medal.[2] In 2018, he was nominated for the Americas Paralympic Committee Athlete of the Year prize.[3]

Serrano won the gold medal in the men's 100 m breaststroke SB7 at the World Para Swimming Championships in Singapore.[4]
