Casanearshore is a major business park and the largest offshoring hub in North Africa, located in Casablanca, Morocco. Inaugurated in 2008, it serves as a strategic zone for Business process outsourcing (BPO) and Information technology outsourcing (ITO).[1]

Developed by MedZ, a subsidiary of the CDG Group, the park was established as a cornerstone of Morocco's national strategy.[2]

Casanearshore was launched to accommodate the growing global demand for IT-enabled services. By 2025, the park became a central pillar for the Maroc Digital 2030 strategy.[3]
