- The Covers Record did not enter the Billboard 200, but peaked at number 44 on the Top Heatseekers chart.[13]
- Released for a limited time on Cat Power's official website. All proceeds from sales of this song were donated to the Festival of Children Foundation, and the Ali Forney Center.[31]
- "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" also charted at number 42 on Billboard's Hot Rock Songs,[32] and at number 72 on the Billboard Holiday 100.[33]
- Cat Power's debut studio recording, limited to 500 copies and released exclusively on 7" vinyl by New York-based indie label The Making of Americans. This release contained the original, Craig Flanagin-produced versions of "Headlights" and "Darling Said Sir", featuring guitar by Bob Bannister and drums by Glen Thrasher.[35] A re-recorded version of the a-side would later appear as the album closer on Power's 1996 studio album Myra Lee.[36]
- Limited edition split single with Guv'ner, featuring their cover version of the Cat Power track "Great Expectations" as the a-side, and Power's cover of the Guv'ner track "Clear the Room" as the b-side.[37]
