hey! alcohol is not really an antiseptic, the only thing it does is dehydrate the spot, inhibiting a little bit bacterial growth. sorry, but it has no antimicrobial activity whatsoever, unlike some might believe.

This category is a parent category of Category:Antiseptics and disinfectants, but—in my opinion—it should be the other way around; Category:Antiseptics and disinfectants should be a parent of Category:Antiseptics because it includes both antiseptics and disinfectants, which makes it a broader category.
