"Caught Up in You" is a song by American Southern rock band 38 Special. It was the first single released from their 1982 studio album Special Forces and their first No. 1 on the US Billboard Top Tracks rock chart. It became one of the band's two top 10 pop hits, reaching No. 10 on the US Billboard Hot 100.[3] Their other top 10 single, "Second Chance", reached No. 6 in 1989. The song also went top 10 in Canada, peaking at No. 9 on the RPM singles chart. Don Barnes sang lead vocals on the song.
