Centro Caribe Sports, formerly the Central American and Caribbean Sports Organization (CACSO), is a regional sports federation which oversees the Central American and Caribbean Games.[1] It is also known by its former Spanish name, Organización Deportiva Centroamericana y del Caribe (ODECABE).

Recent history
Due to the suspension of the Guatemalan Olympic Committee in 2022,[2] Guatemala competed at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games under the Centro Caribe Sports flag.[3]
