Chandok (surname)

Chandok (also spelled Chandiok, and Chandhok) is a Punjabi surname, found in the Khukhrain community.[1] According to Hindu scriptures, Chandoks are Suryavanshis and Kshatriya of the Khatri caste, and descendants of Rama. Most Chandoks are dual-faith, following both the Hindu and Sikh religions.[2]
