Charaxes baileyi is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Kenya, west of the Rift Valley.[3] The habitat consists of riparian forests and bush [4]

The larvae feed on Scutia myrtina.
Charaxes baileyi is a member of the large species group Charaxes etheocles
