"Cheated Hearts" is a single by American indie rock band Yeah Yeah Yeahs from their second studio album, Show Your Bones (2006). The song was first released as part of their music DVD, Tell Me What Rockers to Swallow (2004), and released as a single in September 2006.
Although the song failed to chart, "Cheated Hearts" was acclaimed by reviewers. Josh Tyrangiel of Time magazine deemed it the second best song of 2006, calling it "joyous" and "volatile",[2] while writers at NME placed it at number ten on their respective list.[3] Pitchfork ranked it among the decade's 500 best songs in 2009.[4]
