Chen Yingguan (born January 1944, Chinese: 陈营官), born in Jiangtian, Changle, Fujian, is a Chinese politician. He served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, Minister of Organization of the Provincial Party Committee, and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial People's Congress.[1]
