The Chinese Poetry Society (CPS; Chinese: 中华诗词学会) is a national, academic, and non-profit social organization in China. It was established on May 31, 1987, under the advocacy of cultural and literary figures such as Qian Changzhao, Zhou Gucheng, and Zhao Puchu. The society is supervised by the China Writers Association and registered under the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China.[1]
