Chong Quan (Chinese: 崇泉; born December 1952) is a Chinese economist and politician who has served as the president of the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies. He formerly held several senior positions in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.[1]
