Christopher R. Miller is an American historian, specializing in economic history and international relations. He is the author of the book Chip War. He is a professor at Tufts University and a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.[1]
Miller attended Harvard College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history in 2009. While at Harvard he won the Hoopes Prize for outstanding scholarly works.[2] He then attended Yale University, where he received a Master of Arts in 2011 and a Ph.D. in 2015.[3]
