Clark Quinn

Clark J. Quinn is a United States Air Force Lieutenant General who has served as the commander of Air Education and Training Command since October 2025.[1] Prior to this role, he was the Deputy Commander of Air Education and Training Command.[2] He also served as the commander of Nineteenth Air Force and as the deputy commander of the Ninth Air Force.[3][4]

In February 2021, Quinn was nominated and confirmed for promotion to major general, which became effective July 6, 2021.[5][6][7][8][9]
His promotion to lieutenant general occurred on Oct. 31, 2025 at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas.[10]
