Metrodorinae

Subfamily of grasshoppers From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Metrodorinae[1] is a subfamily of groundhoppers or pygmy grasshoppers. There are more than 590 described species, found in South America, Africa and Asia.[2][3] In a 2025 revision,[4] new tribes were erected and a number of genera were placed in the subfamily Guntheritettiginae.
