The Clerk of the Parliaments Act 1824[a] (5 Geo. 4. c. 82) (originally Clerk of Parliaments Act 1824) is an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that covers the appointment of the Clerk of the Parliaments and her deputies.

Notes
- The citation of this act by this short title was authorised by section 1 of, and the first schedule to, the Short Titles Act 1896. Due to the repeal of those provisions it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978. Paragraph 2(1) of schedule 3 to the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1978 substituted the words "The Clerk of the Parliaments Act 1824" for the words "The Clerk of Parliaments Act 1824" in first schedule of 1896 act.
