Clifford Russel Evans, OOnt (June 23, 1937 – February 14, 2018) was a Canadian trade unionist, pension plan innovator, and a key player in the creation of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union.[1][2]
Evans was born in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, on June 23, 1937.
