Colocasia with lamb (Turkish: Kolokas yemeği, Greek: Κολοκάσι με αρνί) is a Middle Eastern dish, also common across Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.[1] Ingredients include kolokas (taro), lamb chunks, onion, lemon juice, flour, butter, and salt.[2]
