Cotti Coffee was founded in August 2022 by two former Luckin Coffee executives, and as of December 2023 has 6,061 coffee shops.[2]
In 2025, launched its "Cotti Coffee Convenience Store" format, combining coffee services with convenience store offerings.[3]
