Curtis Wayne Newsome Jr. (born October 29, 1958) is an American football coach. He was the head football coach for Emory and Henry College from 2014 to 2023.[1][2][3][4] He previously coached for Ervinton High School, Kecoughtan High School,[5] Heritage High School, James Madison,[6][7] and Virginia Tech.[8] He played college football for Emory & Henry as a defensive tackle.
