Customs and Excise Act 1952

The Customs and Excise Act 1952 (15 & 16 Geo. 6 & 1 Eliz. 2. c. 44) was an act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom that consolidated with amendments enactments relating to customs and excise in the United Kingdom.[1]

Subsequent developments

The whole act was repealed by section 177(2) of, and schedule 6 to, the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 (c. 2), which came into force on 1 April 1979.[3]
