Czarne ([ˈt͡ʂarnɛ]; German: Czarnen, 1938–1945 Scharnen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dubeninki, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1]
