Cross-country skiing

The Czech Republic qualified one female and one male cross-country skier through the basic quota.[8] Following the completion of the 2024–25 FIS Cross-Country World Cup, the Czech Republic qualified a further five female and four male athletes.[8]

Mixed doubles tournament

The Czech Republic qualified a mixed doubles team by winning the Olympic Qualification Event.[12] Julie Zelingrová and Vít Chabičovský qualified as Czech representatives by winning the 2025 Czech Mixed Doubles Curling Olympic Trials, defeating 2022 Olympians Zuzana Paulová and Tomáš Paul 3–1 in the best-of-five series.[13]

Men's tournament

The Czech Republic men's national ice hockey team qualified a team of 25 players by finishing 8th in the 2023 IIHF World Ranking.[14]

Roster

The first six players of Czechia's roster were announced on 16 June 2025.[15] The remaining roster was named on 6 January 2026.[16][17] On 7 February, Pavel Zacha was ruled out due to injury, with Filip Chlapík named as his replacement.[18] On 8 February, Roman Červenka was named Czechia's captain, with Radko Gudas and David Pastrňák serving as alternate captains.[19]
