Daniele Franceschini (born 13 January 1976) is an Italian professional football manager and former player who played as a left winger. He is currently in charge of the Italy national under-17 team.

Club career
Managerial career
In February 2016, Franceschini was appointed as the head coach (Italian: allenatore) of Lega Pro struggler Martina Franca.[4]
In mid-2017, Franceschini was appointed as the coach (Italian: c.t. or Italian: tecnico, lit. 'technician') of Italy national under-18 team. His debut match was a draw.[5] His team won the next match.[6][7]
Franceschini led the team in 2018 Mediterranean Games.[8] The team won the silver medal.
