Life
Baron was born in Birmingham,[2] England[3] and went to teach and study at Queen's University in Ontario. Stumbling into acting, Baron turned professional and worked in television and on stage before returning to England.[4]
Through his career he appeared in stage productions such as The Unexpected Guest by Agatha Christie, The Philanthropist by Christopher Hampton, and Otherwise Engaged by Simon Gray.[5] His film credits include The Reptile (1966),[6] Nobody Runs Forever (1968) and The Tamarind Seed (1974).[6] He appeared in television series such as Doctor Who, The Avengers, The Professionals and Buccaneer. Baron's last screen credit was in the detective drama television series Foyle's War in 2010.
