David Heindl (born 25 June 2004) is an Austrian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Regionalliga Bayern club Bayern Munich II.[1][2][3][4]

As a youth player, he played for St. Marein from 2009 until 2014.[5][6] Following his stint there, he moved to Kapfenberger SV, initially joining the youth academy.[7]

On 1 July 2025, Heindl was transferred to German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, initially joining the reserve team ahead of the 2025–26 season.[2][1]

International career

He has represented Austria at under-21 level since 2024.[4][8][9]
