David William Kiner is an American politician who was a Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives. He represented the 59th district from 2011 to 2017. He was first elected in 2010 and reelected in 2012 and 2014.[1] After serving three terms, he opted not to run for reelection in 2016.[2]
As of April 2026, he is candidate for Connecticut's Senate 7th district in the 2026 election.[3]
