Deborah Mesa-Pelly

Deborah Mesa-Pelly (born 1968) is a Cuban-born American artist.[1] Her work is included in the collections of the Whitney Museum of American Art,[1] the Seattle Art Museum[2] and the International Center of Photography.[3]
