Dhawal Shamsher Rana (Nepali: धवल शम्शेर राणा) is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Rastriya Prajatantra Party.[3] Shumsher is the former mayor of Nepalgunj Sub-metropolitan City in Banke.[4]
