Dobkovice (German: Topkowitz) is a municipality and village in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 600 inhabitants. It lies on the Elbe River.
Dobkovice lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south of Děčín, 12 km (7 mi) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 71 km (44 mi) north of Prague.
