Donald Cortez Anderson (born July 8, 1963) is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL) for the Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played college football for the Purdue Boilermakers.
Anderson was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and attended Cody High School.[1] He accepted a football scholarship from Purdue University,[2] where he became a three-year starter. He tied the school record with 11 career interceptions.[3] As a senior, he was honored by the Newspaper Enterprise Association (NEA) as a second-team All-American.[4]
