Donald K. Steinberg (born March 25, 1953) is an American diplomat who was the U.S. ambassador to Angola.[1] He is also the former president and CEO of World Learning.[2]

Steinberg was born in Los Angeles, California on March 25, 1953.[3] He received a master's degrees in journalism from Columbia University and economic development from the University of Toronto, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics from Reed College.[4]
