Douglas Jennings Jr., is an American attorney and politician from South Carolina. Jennings was previously an assistant solicitor for the fourth circuit.
Jennings graduated from Clemson University with a BA in 1978 and with a JD from the University of South Carolina in 1982. He served as a Legislative Assistant in the United States House of Representatives from 1978 to 1979, and as a Research Assistant for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee from 1979 to 1982.[1]
