Early life and education
Adeiza Suleman was born on 22 January 1988 in Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria.[3] He attended Caroline International Nursery and Primary School from 1993 to 1999, before continuing his secondary education at King’s College, Lagos, which he completed in 2005.[4] In 2006, Suleman moved to Khartoum, Sudan, to attend the University of Bahri, where he graduated in 2012 with First Class Honours in Industrial Chemistry.[5] He later earned a master’s degree in Big Data Science and Technology from the University of Bradford, completing his studies during the 2022–2023 academic year.[6]
Career
Adeiza Suleman began his professional career in 2013 at Astro Turf Nigeria Limited. In 2015, he joined the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC), a financial sector consulting firm, where he served as a Management Consultant and Data Analytics Consultant. During his five-year tenure there, he contributed to advisory and analytics projects until 2020. In 2020, Suleman founded 10Alytics, a data training and talent development company focused on digital skills training in Africa.[7] The organization has been cited in national media for its initiatives regarding data literacy, scholarship programs, and professional placement services for individuals in the technology sector.[8][9] Concurrent with his leadership at 10Alytics, Suleman served as a Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst at Sahara Group Limited from 2020 to 2021. He subsequently transitioned to Sahara Power Group Limited, where he worked as a Business Data Analyst from 2021 to 2022.
