Life and career
Reinberg grew up in Linz, Austria. In 2012, he began studying screenwriting and dramaturgy at the Film Academy Vienna and also studied for a period at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.[2]
He has directed and written several short films that have been screened at international film festivals, including the Sarajevo Film Festival, PÖFF Shorts, the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and the Max Ophüls Prize Film Festival.[3]
In addition to his work on short films, Reinberg has also been involved in television productions, including the documentary series Austria – The Whole History.[4] He also co-wrote the ORF television episode "Wir schenken heuer nichts" for the series Schrille Nacht.[5]
Reinberg has collaborated with Austrian filmmaker Leni Gruber on several projects.[6]
Reinberg and Gruber created and directed the miniseries Sheep, a German-Austrian co-production, which premiered at Cannes Series.[7][8]
