Alexandra Solea is a Romanian cultural manager, academic, and author based in Bucharest and Rome.[1] She is the founder of Soleart Management and serves as a program director at Rome Business School and coordinator of postgraduate music management studies at the National University of Music Bucharest.[2] She has been featured on TVR Cultural, TVR Internațional, and Radio România Cultural for her work in cultural management and arts education.[3][4]

Education
Solea holds a PhD in History and Analysis of Musical Cultures from Sapienza University of Rome.[1] She completed executive education certificates at Harvard University.[5]
Career
Cultural management
Solea founded Soleart Management, a cultural management company.[1] She has served as a senior consultant for TRG Arts, advising cultural institutions across Europe.[5] In 2017, she was selected as a fellow of the Turkey Europe Future Forum by Stiftung Mercator, one of Europe's largest private foundations, working on the project "Reflecting Change" focused on cultural diplomacy.[1]
Academic work
She serves as Director of the MA in International Arts and Culture Management at Rome Business School and coordinates the postgraduate music management program at the National University of Music Bucharest.[2][6] The launch and development of the UNMB music management program was covered by Radio România Cultural's Soundcheck program.[2][6]
Jury and institutional roles
Solea was appointed jury member of the "Claudio Abbado" National Music Award (Premio Nazionale delle Arti – Sezione Musica), organized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research under the High Patronage of the President of the Italian Republic.[7]
