Background
Dulko studied design and engineering at Parsons School of Design and New York University’s Interactive Telecommunications Program (ITP).[2] She began her career working on interactive design and digital media projects at a variety of NYC agencies, including Huge and NBC Universal,[2] before joining Google in 2014.[2] At Google, she worked across the productivity suite Google Workspace, developing the first mobile experiences for Google Docs and Slides. She co‑created early AI features such as Slides Auto‑Layout, for which she holds a patent alongside co-inventors.[3] Additionally, early in her career, Dulko developed an iOS application aggregating NHL news called "Red Light District," which was notably involved in a trademark dispute with the league over keyword usage.[4]

Dulko is a Design Lead at Google Cloud,[5] where she focuses on AI platforms, generative agents, and developer tools.[6] Establishing expertise in conversational AI, she led design and research teams to launch contact center tools such as Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.[7] She has worked on agent‑based platforms such as Gemini Enterprise and Vertex AI Agent Builder, combining visual design with technical prototyping to enable developers to deploy generative agents.[6]
