History
The company’s Indian subsidiary, Ariqt Global Technologies Private Limited, was incorporated on 22 May 2020 and registered in Patna, Bihar.[1] Ariqt was founded by Rupesh Kumar, a Microsoft specialist and IIT Roorkee graduate, to bridge quality gaps in IT service delivery.[2] The company positions itself as a developer‑first organisation.[3]
Global innovation hub
In January 2025 Ariqt opened its Global Innovation Hub at Auro Galaxy in Hyderabad, India. United News of India reported that the facility was inaugurated by Telangana IT minister D. Sridhar Babu alongside Ariqt founder and chief executive Rupesh Kumar.[4] The hub marked Ariqt’s entry into the Indian market and serves as a centre for research and development.[5] Ariqt said it plans to hire more than 300 engineers over the next two years.[6] Reporting on the launch, The Times of India noted that the facility will focus on developing AI‑driven solutions across sectors such as fintech, agriculture, sports, cybersecurity, travel and supply chain, and that the company plans to hire over 300 engineering professionals during its first phase.[7] During the inauguration, Sridhar Babu highlighted Telangana’s strong technology ecosystem and said that innovation hubs like Ariqt’s contribute to job creation and economic growth.[8]
Operations
Ariqt develops AI‑driven platforms and provides software services for enterprise clients. According to the company, its platforms include the conversation‑intelligence tool Diallog and the multi‑model gateway Amster.[9] These products are marketed for industries including customer service, logistics, travel, agriculture and healthcare.[10]
Community initiatives
The Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) has highlighted Ariqt’s corporate social responsibility efforts. Through the P&R Educational Trust in Bihar, the company established a school that offers free, high‑quality education and digital literacy to under‑privileged students.[11] The curriculum integrates digital literacy and artificial intelligence to equip students with future‑ready skills.[12]
