Battle of Bukovik (Albanian: Lufta e Bukovikut) was part of a series of battles that took place between the forces of Montenegro and Ottoman-Albanian irregulars from Rugova in Bukovik, Berane, in the year of 1817.[1][2][3]

Background

Not much is known from Albanian sources except that Sali jaha, the bimbash of the Albanian forces, led his forces against the Montenegrin forces. It is assumed that the Albanians lost.[4][5]
