Comment: No in-depth, significant coverage of the company to establish notability. The article has a promotional tone, as well. TurboSuperA+[talk] 08:22, 19 August 2025 (UTC)

Betts Recruiting was founded in 2009 in San Francisco by Carolyn Betts.[2] Prior to founding the company, Betts worked in sales and recruiting roles in the job-search and talent acquisition industry.[3] She has said that her experience led her to pursue a more consultative approach to recruiting.[4]
Relocation to Austin
In 2020, Betts Recruiting relocated its headquarters from San Francisco to Austin, Texas.[5] The company retained a presence in other cities while shifting its primary operations.[5] Betts cited Texas’s business climate and tax structure as factors in the move.[5]
Operations during the COVID-19 pandemic
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Betts Recruiting transitioned toward a more remote operating model.[6] Carolyn Betts stated that the shift resulted in increased flexibility for employees.[6]
Services
Betts Recruiting provides recruiting services focused on sales and marketing roles within the technology sector.[1] According to Carolyn Betts, Betts Recruiting works with companies that have found monetizable products and need revenue-generating talent.[4]
Betts has discussed the use of social media tools as part of the firm’s recruiting strategy.[7]
