Located in the Porbandar District of Gujarat, Bharwada is home to around 2,000 people - 2011 After Gujarat was formed from the Bombay Presidency, Porbandar's Bharwada was originally the heart of the city, but as many other places were built, it gradually decreased in popularity, leading to just over 2,000 residents.


The official language spoken is Gujarati, an Indo-Aryan language home to the state of Gujarat.
