Bhavneet Singh, often referred to as Bhav Singh, is a British–Indian technology and media entrepreneur and the founder and chief executive officer of Sandbox Group, a UK-based multimedia group founded in 2015.[1] He previously held senior leadership roles at Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS), including managing director and executive vice president at MTV Networks International.[2]

Career
Singh spent eight years as managing director and executive vice president at Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS). During this period he also served as managing director and executive vice president for emerging markets at MTV Networks International.[3]
While at MTV Networks International he oversaw the expansion of digital platforms and international television brands. Coverage of the company's strategy during this period noted the growth of digital media consumption and international television markets.[4] [5]
During this period he was also involved in the international expansion of television brands including Comedy Central in the Middle East.[6]
He later served as president and chief executive officer of Pearson English, part of Pearson plc.[7]
In 2015 Singh founded Sandbox Group, a multimedia company focused on children's entertainment, gaming and learning platforms.[8][9]
Industry commentary has described Sandbox as part of the growing market for digital learning and children's media platforms.[10]
Boards and affiliations
Singh has served on the boards of several organisations. He is a non-executive director on the Commercial Board of the BBC.[11]
He has also served as an independent non-executive director of GB Group plc.[12]
He is a member of the World Economic Forum community of Young Global Leaders.[13]
