Comment: This is effectively unsourced since we can't use Insta for sourcing. See WP:NORG and the WP:GOLDENRULE - we need ideally 3 good quality independent sources with significant coverage to show notability; and in addition reliable sources to back up the text of the article. The festival is held under the motto “Music Without Borders” and, for more than twenty years (since 2006), has brought together countries, cultures, and musical traditions. Its mission is to strengthen international cultural cooperation through the art of jazz, creating a space for friendship, dialogue, and mutual understanding among peoples. Over the years, 176 ensembles from 23 countries around the world have performed on the festival stage.

The concept of the festival is ethno-jazz, encouraging musicians to experiment with incorporating ethnic instruments and musical elements into their performances[3]. Alongside the main concerts, the festival program usually includes workshops and masterclasses for young musicians at local music institutions, as well as afterparty jam sessions where musicians are invited to exchange musical ideas and push musical boundaries through spontaneous improvisation.
Since 2018, the festival has been included in the official calendar of events dedicated to International Jazz Day (April 30) and usually takes place in the second half of April[4].
